The Hub 2 Plus is where your security system lives. Every sensor, detector, keypad, and smart device you add connects back to it, and it manages all communication — between devices, to the Ajax app on your phone, and to your monitoring center. It supports up to 200 devices, so whether you're starting with a handful of sensors or building out full coverage across a larger home, the hub grows with you without needing to be replaced.
What sets the Hub 2 Plus apart is how it stays connected. It has four independent communication channels: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and two cellular connections including LTE. If your internet goes down, it switches to cellular automatically — your system keeps running and your monitoring center stays reachable. A built-in backup battery keeps it online for up to 16 hours during a power outage. Setup is straightforward: plug it in, connect it to your network, and pair your devices by scanning their QR codes in the Ajax app. This is the one device your system can't work without — and it's built to stay connected no matter what.
