Returns

We offer a no-hassle return policy within 30 days of delivery. If you change your mind, you can return your system as long as the products are unused and uninstalled.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• A $95 restocking fee applies to control panels only, as they must be defaulted and reprogrammed before resale.

After 30 days, products are no longer eligible for return but remain covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 year, though this may vary by product). If you experience a warranty issue, simply mail us the defective item and we’ll ship a replacement once confirmed.

Monitoring Plan Cancellations

Our monitoring plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• We do not prorate or refund partial months.
• The equipment you purchased is yours to keep. We’ll release the module so you can reprogram or reuse it as needed.
