How It Works

Open the Alarm.com App
Access the Safety Button directly from your mobile device — no extra hardware needed. -
Press & Hold the Button
When you feel unsafe or need assistance, press and hold the button. Release to start the emergency process. -
Cancel if Needed
Enter your PIN within 10 seconds to cancel the alert if everything is okay. -
Trained Operator Responds
Once activated, a trained monitoring center operator receives your alert — including your real-time location. They’ll call or text to confirm and send emergency help if needed. -
Discreet Messaging
Can’t talk safely? Communicate quietly with the operator via text for discreet, secure assistance.

- Once your monitoring contract is signed, our technicians will pre-program your kit to your specifications
- Your starter kit will then ship within 1-2 business days.
